This cat is a crossbreed of Burmese, Abyssinian, and Domestic Short-Haired cats. Bred in 1976 by Dr. Truda Staede,  it has a wide range of colors, caramel, blue, chocolate, peach, lilac, gold, and brown. They have large green eyes that come in all sorts of shades, and don’t usually scratch people. They were developed in Australia, and like humans, also, many Australian Mist cats are indoor cats or sty inside during daylight hours. The are a short-haired cat, and they live to be about 14 years old. Their average weight is 10 pounds, and their length is around 2 feet. Their average litter size is four kittens.
