A male’s shoulder height is 65 centimeters, and a females is 50 centimeters. Unlike some other cats, leopards are great tree climbers, and they often will eat their prey in the branches of one. This animal is carnivorous, eating monkeys, rodents, reptiles, amphibians, birds, fish, wild pigs, wild boars, gazelles, jackals, reed-bucks, impalas, wildebeest, and others. These cats mate throughout the year, having litters of 2 cubs after a gestation period of 85-95 days. The cubs open their eyes from 8-10 days after birth. They live until they’re 21-23 years old, and they are critically endangered.
