This is an Alderfly larvae, taken by Wikipedia user Aka.

This fly has a body length of less than 1 inch. They have 2 antennae and 4 wings, which have a wing-span of  22-34 millimeters. Adult Alderflies live near ponds and slow moving streams with silt in them. Larvae live in mud and detritus. Alderflie live all over the world and mostly live in temperate climates.
